    Oven Bake
  • Preheat oven to 220°C fan forced or 230°C conventional
  • Place squid on baking paper lined tray and place in the middle of the oven
  • Bake for 15 minutes, turning over halfway through
  • Cooking temperature and times are provided as a guide as cooking appliances will vary between brands, must be fully cooked before consumption
